Chicken Fricassee Recipe

Here is a forgotten recipe.  A few changes, I have made.

1. You can cook this for up to 3 hours, I would suggest 2 and then monitor with adding wine/water mixture.
2. The chief mentions that the mushrooms disintegrate.  I never had this happen, but would suggest leaving them as part of the dish, and not to discard.
3. I used whipping cream for this recipe, as it is not specified in the video.
